부동산에 투자하는 채권인데 7.00% fixed APY라고 합니다. $10 단위로 구매하고 아무때나 인출할수 있다는데, FDIC-insured는 아니라고 하고... APY가 일반 savings에 비해 월등히 높은데, 단점은 무엇이 있을까요?

감사합니다. 그러니까 (남은) 원금에 대한 7%는 주는데, 원금 자체를 까먹을수도 있다는 걸까요?

그 7%도 보장이 되겠나 싶습니다.
보장을 하려면 원금 빼서 주는 상황이 오겠죠.
다른 사람 돈 받아서 주는 폰지 스킴이 생길 수도 있고요.

은행이 망하고, FDIC가 없으면, 이자는 고사하고 본인이 투자한 원금도 못 건질 수도 있습니다. 저는 BlockFI Interest Account에서 10%넘은 이자를 준다고 좋다고 투자를 했는데 회사가 Chapter 11 Bankruptcy 선언했습니;; 물론 투자한 금액이 얼마안되서 그러려니 합니다만..  (작년 주식 손실난 금액에 비하면 진짜 새발의 피죠.. ㅠㅠㅠ)

보통 제도권보다 조금 높은 이자를 준다면 리스크가 있다라고 보셔야 될 것 같슴다. 특히나 FDIC가 안되어 있으면요.. 
조금만 분산해서 담아보시는 것도.. (Just don't throw all your eggs in one basket~!)
